This article is the result of a reflection on the values and attitudes that human beings express in terms of their food preferences within our cultural context: identity, diversity, pleasure, haste, health, safety, aesthetics, miserliness, ostentation. When we choose what to eat these motivations get started and weakened state that the way we expresses our personality and our conception of the world.
