Summary

This study looks into nutritional problems as from an analysis of the transformations undergone by the Argentinean agricultural-food system over the last few years. Such transformations are studied with the objective of explaining their incidence in nutritional sovereignty, by analysing economic, social, cultural and environmental and public health costs.
