Summary

In this work the author reflects on the meaning that conflict processes acquire in the psychology of the human being. Such processes are considered as an inherent and constitutive element of human development in its philogenetic and ontogenetic dimensions. An analysis is made of the educational implications of dynamics of conflicts and the most negative aspects thereof are noted.
