Summary

Some restaurants in Gipuzkoa stand in outstanding locations where the surrounding and nature provide diners with the chance to enjoy other cultural or historical aspects, gardens, landscapes or the environment. The vegetable gardens, flower gardens and landscapes around seven Gipuzkoa restaurants are analysed in alphabetical order: Akelarre (Donostia-San Sebastián), Alameda (Hondarribia), Bedua (Zumaia), Berasategui (Lasarte-Oria), Fagollaga (Hernani), Lasa (Bergara) and Mugaritz (Errenteria).
