Summary

This notebook, published by Eusko-Ikaskuntza (www.eusko-ikaskuntza.org) has, as a novelty, apart from its contents, the only publication in electronic format. We wish to thank the Basque Studies Society-Eusko-Ikaskuntza for the interest, the support and the financing for the electronic format to become a reality, thus propitiating a global dissemination. The contents in this issue no. 8 deal mainly with the feeding of university-level students (original), and then with the Dr. Begiristain Saria Prizes, in Basque and lastly with the conferences of the 6th Health Symposium, held in Vitoria-Gasteiz on "Health and Society. Nutrition and Healthy Food Dietetics".
