Summary

The latest issue of the Basque legal magazine Eleria has paid special attention to the themes of Justice and Self-government, in view of what was discussed in the Sessions that were held last year, organised by the International Institute of Legal Sociology of Oñati and the Sub-department of Justice of the Basque Government. Expert jurists from the Basque Country have elaborated chronicles that deal, concretely, with the historical, theoretical - sociological, comparative and linguistic perspective of the afore-mentioned main topic. There is also a series of interviews of the speakers invited. On the other hand, and as refers to the habitual sections of Eleria, Joaquín Silguero exposes matters of interest for notaries in the new Law of Civil Procedure, and Josu J. Sagasti analyses the new Law on Co-operatives in the Basque Country. The section on Classics is dedicated to H.L.A. Hart and his work Law, Liberty and Morality.
