With this new publication, our legal journal has reached its tenth issue. The main legal studies it contains are as follows: The legal limits of medicine for human reproduction, by Itziar Alkorta; Liberalisation of funeral services in the field of municipal public service, paying special attention to the concession of such rights, by Silbia Sarasola, and The main lines followed by the judicial organisation of the United States of America by Ixusko Ordeñana. With respect to interviews, on one hand we have spoken with the Kenyan jurist Angela Wasunna, on the legal system of that country, and on the other hand, with Abel Muniategi, Vice-Minister of the Basque Government for Land Planning and Biodiversity, on the consequences of the sinking of petrol tanker Prestige. Finally, Joxerramon Bengoetxea, the lawyer, offers us the text Can Judges make mistakes? by the renowned jurist Neil MacCormick.
