Summary
This book examines the historical sources of the Electronics, Computing and Telecommunications Cluster of the Basque Autonomous Community. Likewise, the features of the way this Cluster has evolved and the bases of its competitive advantage are also dealt with. Taking this study as the starting point, we will have the chance to see what advantages the Cluster offers when competing today, and also the extent to which these advantages are lasting ones.
