Summary

This study covers different disabilities or mutilations that can, in many cases, be corrected. Therefore the person in charge of the professional orientation is to consult with a surgeon before taking any such determination. The surgeon is also to consult with the person in charge of such orientation before carrying out an operation that could turn out to be unnecessary. Professional orientation for the mutilated and physically disabled is to be individualized, as there are no cases of a general nature
