Summary
The research deals with establishing linguistic policies promoting Basque that are socially accepted. The aim is to find discursive elements that resonate with the population. Methodology: a qualitative and quantitative mix. Results: discursive elements with over 50% support found and analysed, appropriate for creating positive social outreach. Implications for Basque and other regional and minority languages.
