Summary
This book approaches the new concepts of sovereignty from the particular perspective of European minorities, some of which even enjoy a constitutional domestic recognition of their particular regimes. Within those new concepts, the EU system is demonstrating, on a daily basis, that co-sovereignty is not only possible but even feasible for resolving integration problems within the EU system.
